This Ruling Is Astonishingly Stupid, Insane!

Incredible!

A kid steals a car and goes on a joyride in it with a girl.

Now a judge tells him that if he wants to go out with the opposite sex, he must get legal permission.

The judge didn't say anything about going out with the same sex, however.

WTF?!

This punishes the guy for being straight. It discriminates against him for being straight.

The judge must've been drinking some really hard-left koolaid.  Likely either pink or purple.  100 proof, at least.

Maybe the judge is a deranged homosexual sadist who delights in persecuting folks for being heterosexual.

You know, the stupid judge obviously didn't consider that the youthful criminal might be a bisexual, or that he might convert to homosexuality just to spite the judge.

Also, I can guarantee that this judge wouldn't dare do the same thing to a homosexual car thief who went on a joyride in the vehicle with his boyfriend.  Oh, no... the militant gay community would have him castrated and crucified and he'd be removed from the bench, his life ruined forever.

But it's ok to bash straight folks for whatever reason.  Straight folks don't have a militant wing poised ready to instantly make any hetero-hating monsters pay for their offences.  Perhaps straights should have a powerful, well-funded militant wing, too, so their equality under and before the law can be guaranteed, not violated.

How the hell do such screwy-brained folks get appointed to the bench?

I don't think the problem is same-sex/opposite sex.

It's that that young man in question stole a gun from his foster parents' residence, stole their car and fled the state with his 16-year-old girlfriend. She had emptied her bank account and stolen cash and a cell phone from her residence before they left.

This triggered a state-wide amber alert.

When they were arrested, he was released on a bond that required he not contact her.

He did.

Thus the restriction.

"APPLETON, Wis. — A Wisconsin teenager will need legal permission to date girls for the next three years after he was convicted of fleeing to Tennessee with his girlfriend in a stolen car.

Nineteen-year-old Jordan S. Christensen of Appleton was sentenced Friday to one year in jail and three years' probation. Outagamie County Judge John Des Jardins has ordered "no dating of the opposite sex without permission of your probation agent."

So Balbul, as stated above, it says different in the story. It's not just his girl friend he must avoid, it's other girls as well.

Sentinel, perhaps the judge just assuming the young fella was straight, it's not a homo plot.

For crying out loud, you got moderation on again.

Yep, I do.

To curb Balbulican's enthusiasm.

He's too enthusiastic. Kind of like a cross betweek Kramer and Newman.

Maybe the folks to choose from are limited?

I don't think so. After all, there's plenty of lawyers out there who'd love to be judges.

Problem is that Leftist politicians appoint Leftists to the bench to further a Leftist agenda.

My point, Canuckguy, is that the convicted is not being punished for being straight.

When you stop the moderation, I will chip in my occasional 2 cents worth.
