WH Gatecrashers, Rashid Khalidi, Bill Ayers And Obama

Obama chumming it up with "gatecrasher couple" in months-old photo.
The guy with the long hair and sunglasses? A Klingon, maybe; who knows?

Here we go again with Obama's scary associations.

This time it's the infamous state-dinner "gatecrasher couple".
The brazen White House party crashers met the President months before they waltzed into the A-list state dinner and now they're seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars for their story.
They're linked to pro-terrorism ideologue Rashid Khalidi.

Khalidi's linked, in turn to, yep, Obama.

Tareq Salahi served on the board of the American Task Force for Palestine, where Columbia University Professor Khalidi served as vice president. The American Power blog noticed both Salahi's and Khalidi's names have been scrubbed from the Task Force website, although Salahi's bio still comes up on a Google cache search of the site.

Khalidi is a harsh critic of Israel. He has made statements supportive of Palestinian terror and reportedly has worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization while it was involved in anti-Western terrorism and was labeled by the State Department as a terror group.

According to a professor at the University of Chicago who said he has known Obama for 12 years, Obama first befriended Khalidi when the two worked together at the university. The professor spoke on condition of anonymity. Khalidi lectured at the University of Chicago until 2003, while Obama taught law there from 1993 until his election to the Senate in 2004.

Khalidi in 2000 held what was described as a successful fundraiser for Obama's failed bid for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, a fact not denied by Khalidi.
The sheer preponderance of various sorts of extremists to whom Obama is undeniably connected, past and present, is staggering. It's alarming that it's not alarming to the Left, including the Big Old Media.

Speaking of the Big Old Media...

Oh, and it also involves domestic terrorist and Obama buddy William Ayers
John McCain and his running mate, Sarah Palin, today accused the Los Angeles Times of withholding a videotape of an event that he asserted was attended by both Barack Obama and 1960s-era radical Bill Ayers. The campaign has repeatedly argued that Obama has not been straight about their relationship.

The videotape, described in an April L.A. Times story, was of a 2003 banquet honoring Rashid Khalidi, a leading Palestinian activist and scholar. At the dinner, Obama spoke of their friendship and how much he had learned from him.
John McCain:
“We should know about their relationship including, apparently, information that is held by the Los Angeles Times concerning an event that Mr. Ayers attended with a PLO spokesman,” he told WAQI, also known as Radio Mambi. “The Los Angeles Times refuses to make that videotape public. I’m not in the business about talking about media bias but what if there was a tape with John McCain with a neo-Nazi outfit being held by some media outlet, I think the treatment of the issue would be slightly different.”
Sarah Palin:
“Maybe some politicians would love to have a pet newspaper of their very own,” she said. “In this case we have a newspaper willing to throw aside even the public’s right to know in order to protect a candidate that its own editorial board has endorsed. And if there’s a Pulitzer Prize category for excelling in kowtowing, then the LA Times, you’re winning. But it’s not too late, and if there is an ounce of credibility there, if the newspaper wants to keep that shred of credibility, let alone its dignity, than I say the public has a right to know. Let’s go to the videotape, LA Times.”
Must protect The One at all costs, obviously. The Big Old Media does it very well, doesn't it?
