71% Mad At Government: Rasmussen

That's a devastating number of Americans to have royally pissed at one's regime.

And the percentage who are really, really pissed is nearly half.

Also...

The latest numbers show that only nine percent (9%) of voters trust the judgment of America’s political leaders more than the judgment of the American people. Seventy-four percent (74%) place more trust in the wisdom of the crowd.
Got that? Americans trust the Common Sense of the Common People, not the fecking-arsehole politicians.

Americans also see the government as a "special interest group". Well, duh. Of course it is. It's a special interest group that not only is self-serving, but serves other special interest groups who help them stay in power. We know that the government doesn't give a damn for ordinary people. Take Obamacare, for instance. It clearly won't be good for the People, but rather for the Special Interests who would be the only ones to benefit from the reform.

Seventy-one percent (71%) believe the federal government has become a special interest group that looks out primarily for its own interests. Sixty-eight percent (68%) believe that government and big business work together in ways that hurt consumers and investors.

I feel the rumblings of revolution building, building, building...

What's coming, clearly the government doesn't see it. But it's coming... the First Wave is in 2010, and the Second Wave in 2012. I suspect 2012 will be much more surprising than 2010.

Apparently Obama was NOT a "savior".

He's just another cursable asshole against whom Americans are pissed.

From now on, Americans aren't going to listen to government. They're going to listen to those who listen to them and who most closely resemble them as commoners.

The Elites might as well plan now for their post-political lives.
