SHOCKING: Kagan's Princeton Thesis Cited German Socialist Who Endorsed Nazis

SHOCKING: Kagan's Princeton Thesis Cited German Socialist Who Endorsed Nazis

 Oh, fu...

A Neo-Nazi socialist at the Supreme Court of the United States.

THIS is Obama's choice?

This is who the fake "Republicans" are allowing to be appointed there?

See?  THIS is WHY there is a TEA PARTY!  To put a STOP TO THIS DANGEROUS MADNESS!

NO NAZIS IN THE SUPREME COURT!

Nope, that's not the fat guy on "King of Queens".  It's Elena Kagan.
And, nope, she's not really wearing that uniform, but the sentiment is appropriate, given her extreme-socialist, dictatorial mentality, plus her citing another extreme socialist who praises Nazism.

Oh, and, by the way, abusive trolls will NOT be tolerated.  So, as I'll be away at work for a number of hours now, I'll put moderation on until I'm back...  So there'll be a nice, clean thread to enjoy tonight.

Nothing shocks me anymore. What will shock me though is when the msm standing up for the people demanding answers from the OBAMA's administration and not leave without receiving one.

NICE! The dismantling of the US is done one brick at a time, and now he has brought in this legal expert to use as bulldozer to speed things up. The tea party had better step up to the plate and knock this pathetic excuse of an American out of the park and send her back to where she can feel at one with the brotherhood...maybe Cuba or North Vietnam!!!

Hey, am I the only one who thinks Kagan looks like the fat guy on "King of Queens"?

Excerpts from Wiki on Kegger with three parenthetic comments and one conclusion:

...she was granted tenure "despite the reservations of some colleagues who thought she had not published enough."[19]

Kagan grouped the National Rifle Association together with the Ku Klux Klan as "bad guy" organizations.[21]

...she needed to be rehired and the school chose not to do so, reportedly because of doubts as to her commitment to academia. [25

The focus of her tenure was on improving student satisfaction. Efforts included constructing new facilities and reforming the first-year curriculum, as well as aesthetic changes and creature comforts, such as free morning coffee. (This is whifty, Mike)

Kagan was a member of the Research Advisory Council of the Goldman Sachs Global Markets Institute
(I always note the Sachs connection)

On January 5, 2009, President-elect Barack Obama announced he would nominate Kagan to be Solicitor General.[37][38] Before this appointment she had limited courtroom experience. She had never argued a case at trial,[39

The First Amendment Center and the Cato Institute later expressed concern over arguments Kagan advanced as a part of her role as solicitor general. For example, during her time as Solicitor General, Kagan prepared a brief defending a law later ruled unconstitutional

Kagan would be the first justice in nearly four decades without any prior experience as a judge;[61

(Rehnquist was the last, but he held a private practice for 16 years... Kegger argued her first case a year and a half ago for a law that was unconstitutional!!!)

PATHETIC!

Noooooooooooooooooo! I love Sergeant Schultz! He's a great guy! Comparing our kind, genial sergeant to this latest incarnation of Fairy Hardcastle (cf. C.S. Lewis' THAT HIDEOUS STRENGTH) is wholly unfair.
