It took them long enough.
How could they hold on so long to the delusion that the Liberal Party shared their values?
Well, nobody's perfect; everyone makes mistakes. But at least these folks have now seen the light of truth.
Well, the Liberals ought've seen this coming eventually, seeing as how they were moving so incredibly far to the evil Left... what with such policies as babykilling-on-demand and the SSM thing they imposed onto the nation without a democratic mandate to do so...
No matter how the Liberals defend and spin their policies and actions, the inconvenient truth is that they're fooling ever-fewer and fewer folks than ever before, including Catholics, who have finally, en masse, seen the decadent Liberals with their pants inappropriately off, a la Bill Clinton, and have recoiled and turned away to support the safe alternative- the Conservatives.
When people come to the realization that the Liberals and the other Leftist parties actually don't share their values even though they lyingly profess to, they turn away.
Everyone has their own point of epiphany, of realization, of when the reality hits them so hard, finally, that their delusions regarding the Liberals supposedly being acceptable as a potential government for Canada, will be forever vaporized. Zap! No more voting Liberal!
So much for the party of Warren Kinsella, eh?
