Obama Admin Not All That Ethical

So a poll finds that a majority of Canadians want to follow the Obama administration's ethical agenda.

President Barack Obama's pledge to run accountable, transparent government clearly appeals to Canadians: Three-quarters of us want to pry open our federal government to more public scrutiny.

Well, if the Obama administration is all that "open" and "transparent", I wonder if we'll hear about his underlings' ethical/moral failings on a daily basis for the entire run of his regime... and what ethical/moral failings he's got himself (oh, I already know about many of them, and have posted about them herein, but the Big Media is out to lunch on this issue, interestingly...)

NEWS broke last week that Rahm Emanuel, now White House chief of staff, lived rent- free for years in the home of Rep. Rosa De Lauro (D-Conn.) - and failed to disclose the gift, as congressional ethics rules mandate. But this is only the tip of Emanuel's previously undislosed ethics problems.

One issue is the work Emanuel tossed the way of De Lauro's husband. But the bigger one goes back to Emanuel's days on the board of now-bankrupt mortgage giant Freddie Mac.

Emanuel is a multimillionaire, but lived for the last five years for free in the tony Capitol Hill townhouse owned by De Lauro and her husband, Democratic pollster Stan Greenberg.

Well, I'm not all that convinced, even in light of all the discoveries of unethical/immoral/illegal conduct on the part of Obama's underlings, that his administration is all that open and accountable. Too much remains to be disclosed which I can tell is being hidden and covered up, particularly Obama's agenda itself, the explanation and detailing of which is very vague and ambiguous. The fact that he's blowing trillions of dollars on mysterious stuff with ambiguous descriptions/titles doesn't help at all. Nor does the Big Media, which doesn't seem all that curious about delving deeper into the reality of Obama's and the Democrats' (and powerful, influential multibillionaire George Soros's, of course, too, as he's the puppetmaster-overlord of pretty much all things "progressive"-Left-wing in America) agenda.

Canada? No problem with openness and transparency. Got plenty, and, sure, we can do better, always. Seems, by the way, that our own Big Media is all for looking for anything perceived or accused as "hidden" and automatically makes a big stink... but then again, we now have a non-Left-wing government, and the Big Media is, after all, Left-wing, and has a chip on its shoulder for anything non-Left-wing, so when it's a "Right-wing" admin, they go all gangbusters on the admin, but when it's a "Left-wing" admin, they suddenly turn into the famous Three Monkeys unless something comes up which they simply can't ignore and which they must pay at least a little lip service thereto, while carefully moderating their reporting to suggest that, despite whatever bad stuff discovered, the Leftist regime as a whole is all a-ok, no cause for concern about it...
