LANGLEY, B.C. — RCMP say four Langley, B.C., teenagers were brewing up the same explosive mixture used in the July 2005 London bombings that killed 52 people.
Police caught up with two of the males Monday when separate explosives blew up in their hands, badly injuring the bomb makers.
On Tuesday, police received a tip that two other teens had hidden some of the explosive-crystal mixture in a Langley liquidation store and the parking lot of a senior’s complex.
While two of the boys lost some fingers, Corp. Peter Thiessen says it’s fortunate that no one else was hurt in either the store or by driving over the other device in the parking lot.
Corp. Thiessen claims that the boys weren't planning to hurt anyone.
Oh, really? Brewing TATP explosive and placing it where it could harm or kill people? Wonder what evidence there is that there wasn't any intent to harm. Was the Corporal simply giving the MSM the standard, prescribed talking points of "Nope, not terrorism; don't be silly... just some nuts fooling around". This happens all too often, such incidents followed by authorities quickly denying any possibility of terrorism. Tell you what, see the search box in the upper left corner of this blog?
