Since 2004, the federal Liberals have fallen from a party with a seemingly unshakable majority to official Opposition status so unsure what it wants to do it has handed the federal Conservatives a de facto majority government.
In the two years since Prime Minister Stephen Harper & Co. booted the Liberals out of government after a 13-year reign, the Liberals have not once stood up against the Conservatives when it meant they'd have to go back to the electorate for a vote.
"This is a surrender and an embarrassment," one Liberal blogger wrote this week.
Even staunch Liberal Warren Kinsella is on record as saying about his party, "It's all over".
Bam! Hey, was that the final nail in the coffin?
Looks like they're getting close to the end and they know it. It seems that there's already a desperate last move underway, using a (soon-to-be-ex) Conservative candidate to make an unfounded accusation of bribery against the Prime Minister... stay tuned. Watch it backfire.
