Orchard Park police are investigating a particularly gruesome killing, the beheading of a woman, after her husband — an influential member of the local Muslim community — reported her death to police Thursday.
Police identified the victim as Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37. Detectives have charged her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, with second-degree murder.
Second-degree? Hard to believe that something like a beheading isn't necessarily premeditated!

Muzzammil Hassan is the founder and chief executive officer of Bridges TV, which he launched in 2004, amid hopes that it would help portray Muslims in a more positive light.

Apparently another honor killing. See, under Islam, a woman isn't allowed to divorce her husband. Nor is she allowed to kick him out of the house. (Under Islam, women have NO RIGHTS and are the property of men, to be treated like animals and expected to do nothing but obey, obey, obey, without question, automatically). But she did just that, filed for divorce and got a protection order to kick him out...
Hence the Islamically-required action on the part of Mr. Moderate Muslim Trying To Make People Think Islam Isn't Bad...
