Nice to see that the Left believes this is ok, that Islam is so barbarically hateful of and intolerant towards women.The liberal/Left, of course, isn’t too interested in this particular story and, as always, it's going out of its way to de-Islamize it.

Kasem: Though this murder is chilly, ghoulish, barbaric, and senseless, I would say that Hassan has acted in conformity with Islamic tenets. His wife was no more than a chattel to him. He simply got rid of this obnoxious object of his life. If he committed this honor killing in an Islamic country such as Iran, Jordan, Iraq…he would get very light sentence, perhaps a jail term for a few years.
Nice to see the so-called "feminists" standing up for their millions and millions of Islamic sisters, abroad and at home, including in Buffalo, New York.
Let's pretend that Islam is never, ever the root cause of anything bad. Never the root cause of terrorism, of homicide bombing, of hatred, of intolerance, of men raping, beating and murdering their wives and other women...
Nice to see the Left and the Big Media stand up for womens' equal human rights everywhere, no matter where, no matter what, no exceptions!
At the same time as pretending Islam is all kittens and puppies and ice cream and cookies and flowers and everything nice and peaceful and loving towards all people without exception, a utopia of tolerance and equality and so on and so forth, you'll hear them bash Christianity as somehow bad for women and various other folks... what's wrong with those "progressives"? Have they been... brainwashed with insane prejudices?
