SCOTUS 'Evading Eligibility Issue' Clarence Thomas

He says that the Supreme Court is "evading" the issue of Obama's Constitutional eligibility to be President.  "Evading".  This is a strong word.  Probably wasn't supposed to let the kitty out of the bag, but he did.  Whether it was an indiscretion or a deliberate move, doesn't matter... it only helps to cast more reasonable doubt as to whether everything's on the up-and-up with Obama's Presidency being Constitutionally valid.

Now Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas questions Obama's eligibility to be President.

It was like, when they were talking about eligibility to be a judge...
"And you don't have to be born in the United States," said Thomas, referring to the Constitution, which requires the  president to be a natural-born citizen but has no such clause for a Supreme Court justice, "so you never have to answer that question."

"Oh really?" asked Serrano. "So you haven't answered the one about whether I can serve as president, but you answer this one?"

"We're evading that one," answered Thomas, referring to questions of presidential eligibility and prompting laughter in the chamber. "We're giving you another option."

Hmm.  Oh, of course, the Obama propagandists (perhaps funded by Soros?) will say, "Nothing to see here, --*Chomsky-esque cunninglinguism*--, everyone's saying Obama's a citizen and he's the President, so shut up!".

But... the reasonable, logical person will realize that what Justice Thomas said is actually a revelation as to the truth- which is that the SCOTUS is evading the issue of Obama's eligibility under the Constitution to be President.

The longer the Powers that Be evade the issue, the stronger the reasonable doubt becomes, and the more people will hold these doubts... and will not trust Obama.  Ergo, they won't vote for him if he tries for a second term.

Guess it's moot, anyway, as Obama stonewalls and stalls and hopes he'll keep getting away with it until at least the time of his announcement that he's not going to seek a second term.  After that, who's going to bother with it anymore, he figures...

Still, it's setting a dangerous precedent...

See alsoMayor of Champaign, Illinois, doubts Obama's eligibility

"If you are not willing to produce an original birth certificate, then you've got something to hide," he said. "If he doesn't have something to hide, produce it."

Hmm.  Apparently it's becoming acceptable to question the President, his motives, what he's hiding.

If it was ok to do it to Bush, then it's ok to do it to Obama.  Sure, the same issue wasn't a problem for Bush, but it IS one for Obama, and it's his own doing.  If he's not eligible and he knows it, then he's guilty of treason for being an impostor in the White House, impersonating a President, wreaking extreme, revolutionary socialist havoc on the greatest country in the world (aside from Canada, of course!  ;) ).  And I believe many Americans know what the penalty for such a high crime is.

God forbid an impostor be responsible, via sending the wrong signals as to deterrence, for a nuclear attack on the American homeland, or pave the way for a nuclear attack against Israel, whom Obama has abandoned whilst secretly making nice behind closed doors with the Iranians.

Why trust a man who does everything in his power to prevent America from seeing for sure whether he really, really was born in the United States?  It doesn't matter how much spin and rhetoric comes from Obama's side, from his supporters, even from Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly, all of whom clearly not knowing what they're talking about because they haven't done their homework on this particular issue, which is quite surprising for these people.  Because there is really only ONE thing that can be considered valid proof of place of birth, and it's the very document that Obama's been blowing millions of dollars to keep a secret:  The original, long-form birth certificate drawn up right after his birth, clearly indicating the hospital (if any) in which he was born and the doctor or whomever who delivered him.  The "Certification of Live Birth" cannot be considered proof of place of birth, regardless of how a COLB is officially treated by Hawaii today, as contrasted to in the past, because at the time of Obama's birth, a COLB was issuable for babies born anywhere in the world.

Sorry, but I have seen NO valid evidence to satisfy me that the man in the White House today is Constitutionally eligible to be there, that he's not a treasonous impostor.  He's acting like a man hiding something big.  We KNOW this.  Anyone who denies the observable reality is delusional and in denial.

You know, if the police pull you over and ask to look inside your trunk and you refuse, do you not expect them to be suspicious of you, especially if they've got a report that a vehicle matching your vehicle's description may have something incriminating in the trunk (ie. they have probable cause to search the trunk, so you better comply)?  If you don't have anything in there that'd get you into trouble, then you happily pop the trunk and will be on your way.  Otherwise, well, do you think the cops will trust you now?  And if they don't, well, that's a bad thing.

Well, the American People have PROBABLE CAUSE to see Obama's original, long-form birth certificate, the very original source document.  Which Hawaii says they have but are under Obama's direct orders to never let anyone see.

Use your brain.  Look at the facts.  Draw your own conclusions, or none, and instead say, "There's reasonable doubt, so show us the document so we'll know for sure".

Yes, Obama, we CAN see you.  Kitty's in the bag, trying to hide, but we know he's there...

Here, Kitty, Kitty, Kitty... c'mon out of the bag, Kitty...

Well... hmm... ah.  Y'know, if Obama manages to keep getting away with it, and manages to somehow get nominated a second time, without being proven natural-born, a second time, then this is what the American People will give him in the voting booths across the country...

Ouch!  Gonna have to make an appointment with Dr. Assman after that... he took good care of Mr. Costanza's butt after the Fusilli Jerry incident, so Obama'll be in good hands after his Election Day just desserts.

Oh, and btw, watch the video below, and note how easily the security guard believes that Kramer's a doctor, just 'cause Kramer points to his "ASSMAN" licence plate, as if it was valid proof that he's a doctor.  Hmm.  The guard is as guillible and lazy-minded as those who don't want to see real, valid proof that Obama's a President as far as the Constitution's Eligibility Clause is concerned.  Hell, the State of New York believes that Kramer's the Assman just because they screwed up and switched his licence plate with that of the real bum doctor who ordered that vanity plate!  Hmm... real life imitates Seinfeld... again!

"Now Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas questions Obama's eligibility to be President."

Nope. Not even close.

Did you actually watch the clip, or just cut and paste it from WND?

It's my analysis that Justice Thomas "questions" Obama's eligibility. Bear with me, eh.

Yes, I watched it. It's got captions, and they reasonably closely match the transcribed words indicated in the article, and the lipreading helps me as well.

Others, such as those on my side, can see and hear it, too. If they determine that WND didn't properly quote Justice Thomas, they'll tell me.

Now, why would Justice Thomas say that they're "evading" the issue if he didn't believe that they should be addressing it? And if he doesn't believe there's no need to address it, then why is he saying they're "evading" it? Hmm. You know, he must necessarily, logically, rationally, have reasonable doubts as to Obama's eligibility, as he did say that the SCOTUS is "evading" (that's a pretty strong word coming from a SC Judge!) it.

It's rich of you to blast me for my analysis of Justice Thomas's comment. Why? You're always misinterpreting my own comments, twisting them so far out of shape, as to make it sound as if I said something I most certainly did not. I'm not doing even that; my analysis is reasonable and logical, but I'm sure you're wont, naturally, to disagree, sure as the sun rises in the AM.

And the bull horning the guy's butt is funny?

I thought you were here for the humor, but it seems you've got your XXXL granny panties all wedgied upside...

BTW, CS, what about the Kenyan Minister of Lands who said that America has a Kenyan-born president. Is he lying, does he have proof, he must have it, for him to make such a statement.
Why hasn't CNN reporters have not gone to Kenya to interview the minister.

Which means CS, any phoney american whether a hard working born american to american born terrorist can become the next President of the United States.

The media already as it is are doomed just like ours, they both painted themselves to a corner.
They cannot give any warnings to the armericans. They are over and done with.

The CNN reporters won't interview the Minister because they don't want to "go there", because they're forbidden to do so by the Boss, who wants to protect Obama. That's also why Lou Dobbs left- they wouldn't let him talk about the Eligibility Issue, either.

They'd do it to Sarah Palin, if she only had a COLB, too.

The point that is being evaded is whether the definition for natural born citizen should be that contained in paragraph 112 of Law of Nations (which is given as a refence document in Article I, Section 8, paragraph 10 with respect to a separate matter). If so, a natural born citizen is defined as one whose both parents are citizens. Jus sol, per se, isn't even relevant, particularly in that it didn't really come around until after the Civil War and in a completely different context than presidential elegibility was determined in the late 1700's.

Don't forget the apparent context. Ie. becoming a judge vs. becoming President.
