'Sylvain Lafrance' is surely giving his cohorts at the CBC 'facial snarl envy' after revelations of his scandalous taxpayer 'Visa flan larceny'. This 'rascally vine fan' is now doomed to stay at the 'fallacy saver inn' famous for the 'Sylvan nil carafe'. If not humbled he may just be remembered as an 'evil fanny rascal'. Ta da!
