That pervert doctor, if he tried to mess with me, might have ended up with a black eye or a fat lip... and being arrested in a hurry! After all, some of us guys can tell real doctors from fake, perverted ones...
Just put the sick freak in jail. If he wants to play with dudes, there's plenty of opportunities in there. Of course, in there, the tables might be turned, and he'll be the molestee of come big, fat, hairy, mean-spirited dude... Hmm... but then again, he might like it.
