A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
(...)The judge did comment that if there are legitimate constitutional questions regarding Obama's eligibility, they need to be addressed and resolved.
Carter ordered a hearing Oct. 5 on the motion to dismiss and ordered arguments submitted on the issue of discovery.
If the case survives that challenge, a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11 and the trial for two weeks later.
Well, isn't it fascinating?
Like I said, this issue isn't going away.
Was Obama born on American soil or not? Is the document uttered by his people, claimed to be his "birth certificate", a fraud? Is the State of Hawaii lying when they claim they have Obama's original birth certificate in their possession?
So many questions.
None resolved.
Why the hell won't Obama just let us see the damn piece of paper? Why not? Why did he blow over a million bucks on a legal team to fight all attempts by all persons at forcing the release of his birth certificate? Is he fecking insane or what? Is he screwing around for the fun of it or what? Like, WTF is he doing?
What is he hiding? What could possibly be so damaging?
Would the truth be exposed... that Obama isn't the President because he doesn't qualify under the Constitution due to his not having been born on American soil?
Or is there something else on the document that Obama or someone else doesn't want us to know about?
Well, we don't know. That's the problem.
Obama has NOT proven he was born on American soil. It's a big lie that he has.
Therefore, we don't know for sure if Obama is legally, legitimately, Constitutionally the President, notwithstanding his election and notwithstanding that he was sworn in and acting as if he's President.
It's perfectly logical and rational to ask whether he's telling us the truth or if he's conning us.
It's also rather bizarre that no one bothered to check to ensure that he meets all of the requirements as indicated by the Constitution, to legally run for the White House and to legally be President if elected.
It's a very serious matter. If he's found to be ineligible due to lack of evidence of being born on American soil, then everything he did since entering office will be null and void.
And a great big can of worms would be opened.
And it won't be pretty.
The longer Obama stonewalls, and the longer the Approved Media stonewalls, and the longer even conservatives, ie. the Republicans and prominent conservative talking heads stonewall and deny the obvious, the worse it's going to end up.
Already it's "before the courts", as the saying goes...
For those who were led to believe that it was all a joke.... The judge doesn't think so.
