If we pay for this guy to have his weewee cut off and get boobies and all that, then there's no predicting what else we'll end up paying for for convicted murderers in prison.
Sorry, but I find it impossible to have any sympathy here. Poor guy will just have to swallow his pride and simply accept himself the way he was born.
If he wanted a sex change operation, then he shouldn't have killed anyone. If he hadn't killed anyone, then he could get a job and save up or borrow money so that he can say bye-bye to Little Bobby and hello to Little Boobies.
Crime must not pay. Not even for sexually-delusional murderers.
There's, for example, people in genuine need of medical attention who aren't getting it any time soon because of a shortage of funds and so on. Why the hell would anyone think that some convicted murderer's desire to trade his willy for a pussy is more important than urgent diagnosis and treatment for, say, cancer?
