From what I see, it's apparent that the theme is an attack within the United States, and "soon".
Coincidentally, this comes on the heels of the collapse of a bridge in Mississippi during rush hour yesterday, which killed seven and sent over sixty to hospital and for which authorities have no explanation as of yet.
But...
Jamie Winegar of Houston was sitting in traffic shortly after 6 p.m. when all of a sudden she started hearing "boom, boom, boom and we were just dropping, dropping, dropping, dropping."
What might've been the nature/cause of that "boom, boom, boom"? Perhaps bombs were planted and detonated at key structural points? I'm sure the authorities are looking for evidence of explosives at the site.
Note that there weren't any concerns as to structural problems prior to the collapse:
Road crews had been working on the 40-year-old bridge's deck, joints, guardrails and lights this week. "None of it would be related to the structure," said Bob McFarlin, assistant to Minnesota Transportation Commissioner Carol Molnau.
Might one of the workers have been an undercover jihadist? Might such an individual have planted bombs at key structural points? I don't know, but cannot help wondering. After all, we see above, via eyewitness account, that there was a series of "booms" immediately prior to the collapse.
Just something to think about at this point. Investigators are actually unlikely, in my prediction, to indicate any terrorism, regardless of whether it is or isn't a reality. It's likely, from what I've observed in the past few years with other incidents which did, according to all evidence (and according to subsequent and unreported official conclusion), turn out to be terrorism-related, that authorities will feed some non-terror-related explanation to the media in order to prevent any excessive public feelings of panic. (Regular readers of this blog may recall such posts I've done).
The NEIN advises and provides evidence that bridges are a target for terrorists. As for the recent collapse:
