Dems' "Hate Crime" Legislation Doesn't Require "Hate"

Story here.

Issue: A judge has deemed that any evidence of "hate" is unnecessary to pursue a "hate crime" prosecution. The judge says only that it be demonstrated that the unfortunate victim of a crime belongs to any of certain identifiable groups.

This means that, for example, if there's, on the one hand, two guys, one who murdered a heterosexual person just for the heck of it and the other who murdered a homosexual person, also just for the heck of it (there are such scumbags who kill just for the heck of it, unfortunately), the former will get a lighter sentence than the latter, simply because of the latter's victim's "group membership". What this means is that the judge in question here obviously sees the latter victim's life as more valuable than the former's, just because of the way the latter used to have sex, or with whom.

This is wrong, and so is the Democratic Party's proposed draconian, unconstitutional "hate crimes" legislation. It will place a value on different peoples' lives, and this is wrong. This means that, for example, if the legislation becomes the law of the land, Elton John's life is more valuable than mine, simply because he fools around with other guys and I only fool around with women. Is this the kind of America (or Canada or wherever) that the progressinazis/homonazis want there to be?

This is wrong, unethical, illegal, unconstitutional, discriminatory, hateful, extremist... you add the rest!

Reject judicial discrimination!

Everyone, regardless of who or what they are or even how they get their rocks off, must have their lives valued equally. Oh, and I might as well add that the unborn must also have their lives valued equally, but the progressinazis illogically, ideologically, arrogantly deem whatever value, if any, for various persons based solely on group membership... as do the Nazis, as do the KKK, as do the Communists, as do the Islamic fascists and so on...

You know, these progressinazis are scary and dangerous. This is why I write posts like this about them. After all, equality/human rights is not something about which to be intimidated by the state apparatus into being silent. If we're silent in the face of the erosion of equality/human rights, then we'll eventually lose it all. And this is historically precedented, a fact towards which the progressinazis play Three Monkeys.

And, yes, the progressinazis will reflexively denounce this post as "hate" or something equally illogical and incorrect. Par for the course, like bears shitting in the woods.
