Story here.
Now, now, now... as I just posted a few minutes ago re. the slaying of the abortionist, and asking why don't the abortion extremists blame all Muslims and Muslim organizations for the slaying of non-Muslims, as well as blaming all pro-life folks and organizations for what happened to the abortionist?A Muslim convert who said he was opposed to the U.S. military shot two soldiers outside anArkansas recruiting station, killing one of the soldiers, police said Monday."This individual appears to have been upset with the military, the Army in particular, and that's why he did what he did,"
Little Rock Police Lt. Terry Hastings said in a phone interview."He has converted to Muslim here in the past few years," Hastings said. "To be honest we're not completely clear on what he was upset about. He had never been in the military."
Hastings identified the man in custody as Carlos Bledsoe, 24, of Little Rock, who was going by the name of Abdul Hakim Mujahid
Muhammad . He did not have further details. The names of the soldiers were not released, nor was the condition of the wounded soldier.
Well, now they have the chance. I'll be waiting for the abortion extremists to be consistent in their illogic and blame all Muslims and Muslim organizations for the soldier's murder, just because they'd been saying so much hateful stuff and uttering so much "violent language" against American service personnel and are therefore responsible, in the minds of the abortion extremists, if they're going to be consistent in their illogic.
And via FOX News...
Police arrested Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, 23, along a crosstown interstate moments after the shootings at the Army-Navy Career Center in a shopping center in west Little Rock.
Muhammad acted alone, the police chief said, and based on an interview with officers, the suspect "probably had political and religious motives for the attack." He lived in an apartment just 1.5 miles from the recruiting center. A search warrant had been obtained for the apartment.
Thomas said Muhammad, previously known as Carlos Bledsoe, would be charged with first-degree murder, plus 15 counts of committing a terroristic act. Thomas said those counts result from the gunfire occurring near other people.
If it's logical to blame the entire pro-life movement for the actions of one madman in the slaying of the abortionist, then it's logical to blame the entire Muslim world for the slaying today of the American soldier at the recruiting center. Actually, in reality, it's illogical in both cases, but you see my point.
I wonder if Obama will be as harsh in his condemnation of the murder of the soldier by the Muslim as he was of the murder of the abortionist by the mentally-ill man? We'll see how much longer it takes Obama to say something in this case, and whether it'll be as ferocious.
Interestingly, as of this moment, I cannot find anything on the CBC's news website about this murder. Are they covering it up for political correctness reasons? Why report on the abortionist's slaying but not on the American soldier's?
Actually, I see nothing on the serviceman's slaying on the CTV website, either.
Ditto Canoe News.
And the Globe and Mail.
Surprisingly, nothing I can find on the National Post, either.
Aren't these outlets aware of what's happening in the world?
Why is it that bloggers know of it, and American news outlets know of it, but the Canadian ones seem to have no idea?
Not looking good for the Big Media.
