What is it about?

Let me say...
Just because prominent "right-wingers" don't say anything about it doesn't mean that it isn't important, that it doesn't matter. I can't explain why even Rush Limbaugh doesn't seem to care, but, regardless...
It's critically important.
Allowing someone to become President without having proven eligibility to do so under the United States Constitution would set a precedent.
What is this precedent?
That it's ok to pretend that the Constitution doesn't matter.
Hmm... can you say "Arnold Schwarzenegger, President of the United States of America"?
Why not? You're saying, "Barack Hussein Obama, International Man of Mystery, President-Elect of the United States of America", even though he hasn't met the "natural-born American" requirement of the Constitution to be President, either.
So if Obama gets to be President without proving he was born in America, then guess what? Arnold will then have a powerful argument that he can be President after all.
Picture it: Conan the President. The Presidenator.
Sure, why not? Qualifications? Who cares? He's Arnold, for fecksake! Arnold! That alone ought to be enough to get folks to vote for him, like they voted for Obama, regardless of his utter lack of qualification...
Next thing you know, we'll have a Paris Hilton as President... after all, who cares if they've got anything to offer America besides having been a "community organizer" or a "socialite"?
Hell, we could see Mr. Bean get elected President of the U.S.; it's not that unthinkable or ridiculous, at least it doesn't seem so now to me, anyway...
Uh-oh, America...
Not that I would want Arnold to be President either. Guy's as Leftist as Leftist gets, after all! But he would make a fine U.S. Forces General... he does have lots of experience blowing away the bad guys, after all, plus he did spend some time in the Austrian Army...
Oh, well, we'll see how this thing unfolds...
