I published the exact same words Rev. Boissoin used.I published the words in the exact same jurisdiction that Rev. Boissoin did -- in Alberta.
I published them in contravention of the exact same laws that Rev. Boissoin did -- the Stalinist human rights acts.
And a complaint was brought against me, just as it was against Rev. Boissoin.
Only one thing was different. Rev. Boissoin is Christian. I'm Jewish.
In the entire history of section 13, stretching back to 1977, not one single Jew, Muslim or gay has been taken before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal by the CHRC.

Gentle reader, do you really think that not one single Jew has uttered hate speech in 31 years? I'll answer that for you: I published hate speech on my own web -- I published Rev. Boissoin's comments. I know that's hate speech, because both the Alberta HRC and the CHRC said so.
Rev. Boissoin was convicted of the very same words for which Mr. Levant was acquitted. Apparently Christians are forbidden to say certain things about certain subjects, whereas Jewish folks aren't so forbidden, according to the "Human Rights" Commission. So much for the equality provisions of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms, then...
What does this tell you about the whole Hard-Left "Human Rights" racket in Canada? One would expect that they'd never discriminate, never single out for persecution anyone on the basis of something like their religion... But they do. If you're of one religion, you're guilty; but if you're of another religion, you're innocent.
See? Abolish the HRCs. After all, this is just ONE of the HRCs' numerous crimes against the rights of Canadians. Calling themselves the "Human Rights" Commissions isn't fooling the reasonable person... it's not much different, really, from the Saudi Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, which means nothing other than if you're deemed to have said or done something "un-Islamic", you'll be summarily found guilty and sentenced (sometimes to be beheaded) regardless of evidence, and in the absence of any civil rights whatsoever.
While in Saudi Arabia, there are no human rights, and it shows in the way people get treated by the state apparatus there, in Canada, we have supposedly inviolable, sacred rights, but looking at the way the "Human Rights" Commissions operate, one would never have guessed, for there's nothing but discrimination, against some, and in favor of others, and certain rights are irrelevant and of no value to the Commissioners, such as the right to freedom of expression and the right to a fair trial. The Commissioners will violate your rights if they want, in order to control you and what you can say and do, even if members of different groups aren't thusly violated and controlled by those smiley-faced fascists.
Abolish the HRCs. They discriminate, and they believe they are entitled to discriminate against whomever they arbitrarily deem as being offside with dogmatic, vague, unwritten, mysterious, even imaginary, Hard-Left political correctness doctrine. They'll violate and persecute members of certain groups while they won't do so to members of others, even for the exact same things. This, in Canada, cannot stand. Enough!
