The Chinese military hacked into a Pentagon computer network in June in the most successful cyber attack on the US defence department, say American officials.
The Pentagon acknowledged shutting down part of a computer system serving the office of Robert Gates, defence secretary, but declined to say who it believed was behind the attack.
Current and former officials have told the Financial Times an internal investigation has revealed that the incursion came from the People’s Liberation Army.

“The PLA has demonstrated the ability to conduct attacks that disable our system...and the ability in a conflict situation to re-enter and disrupt on a very large scale,” said a former official, who said the PLA had penetrated the networks of US defence companies and think-tanks.
Clearly, Communist China is acting in an aggressive fashion.
"Progressives" will yawn and say "so what?" or even predictably, lazily make accusations of "Sinophobia" or something equally absurd, but then again, they have no understanding whatsoever of the implications for national security. Or perhaps they don't care or even welcome an invasion and occupation by Communists?
Clearly, this is cause for strengthened vigilance.
The reality that we're actually doing business with Communist China as she aggressively amasses her military machine a la Hitler prior to WWII and even pursues a holocaust against the Falun Gong... is plainly incredible. Imagine if we had been outsourcing the manufacture of so much stuff to the USSR during the Cold War (not that it really ended)...
I'm literally shaking my head here... I don't believe anything good will come of this "engagement" with China under Communist tyranny. Quite the opposite, in fact. All I see is that the Communists become more and more dangerous, imperialist... and ready to start a world war. A nuclear world war.
Hopefully, the Chinese Communist Party will collapse before this can happen. I see evidence that this is happening, that the Chinese people are increasingly awakening as to the evil reality of that regime and are turning away from it by the millions. We must encourage them to overthrow the Communists by agreeing that they're evil and that their murderous regime cannot be tolerated any longer.
