You know, sure, there's a big, fat deficit now, but guess what? Most of it's based on the "stimulus spending", which is all temporary.
Soon enough the "stimulus spending" will, of course, come to an end, and with it, the amount of deficit it caused.
I'd stay the course, not raise taxes.
Raising taxes would only kill the recovery, anyway.
Besides, there's still billions of waste just waiting to be eliminated. Such as the little-watched CBC, the fascist "Human Rights" Commission, etc...
