One believed in aliens and flying saucers and led his followers to their deaths. The other believes Islam is a religion of peace, that America is evil, that there's going to be catastrophic climate change and all kinds of bizarre, insane stuff. As to whether the lady's ideology will lead to anyone's death, well, Neville Chamberlain's ideology didn't prevent a single death, as we remember very well.
