He said, and I quote:
"When I was in Boston, where I spent a year, I was surprised to see that on campus about one-third of the students doing their bachelor's degrees had slanting eyes."
Needless to say, he's offended a lot of people, who consider his remark "racist stereotyping".
This guy, Andre Boisclair, the leader of the separatist PQ in Quebec, is clearly unfit to become Premier.
Quebec doesn't need anyone like this as their Premier.
