Bolton Tells it Like it Is On NK, Iran

John Bolton

Story here.

The United States is the only country in the world that can restrain Iran and North Korea, and it should do what is necessary no matter what the world thinks, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton said Thursday.

"If we can't persuade them [other countries], that's just too damn bad," Bolton said, drawing a standing ovation.

Bolton said the U.S. should work to convince other nations of the importance of securing the world against dangerous states. But at the same time, America cannot allow itself to be immobilized if others fail to appreciate contemporary challenges(...)

Hmm.

If America takes out the Axis herself, and the "international community" doesn't like it, what are they going to do? Start a war with America? Hell, no- they won't even do anything about the Axis, including North Korea (does anyone really believe that Jung Il isn't bullshitting us again? That the little four-eyed, pajama-clad frizzhead isn't just buying time, like Hamas and Hezbollah?) and Iran. They didn't want to do anything about Saddam's Iraq. They don't want to fight. And what good is a "Free World" who won't fight to stay free? No good at all. Imagine if the Axis of WWII had not been opposed at all. What would the world be like today? There wouldn't even be a Free World!

Therefore, the risks to America are minimal. Besides, 9/11 happened without provocation, as did Pearl Harbor. The jihadists will attack again, no matter what, for it is required by Islam and the Islamic leaders worldwide keep on telling Muslims they must kill the "Infidels" and all that shit. Appeasement will only aid and abet the Islamic agenda for world domination.

So I hope US President George W. Bush does the right thing and soon orders strikes on Iran's nuclear and military infrastructure to at least set them back a few years.

I'm sick and tired of having the world pretty much remain paralyzed because of the Axis of Evil's getting its way and playing us for fools. I'm tired of waiting.

It's exactly the same as preemptive strikes against Hitler's Third Reich! In retrospect, I think even today's leftists would admit that if they could go back in time to when Hitler became Chancellor and demonstrated his military buildup and world-domination rhetoric, they'd support preemptive strikes.
