New US $1 Coin Takes Away "Liberty"

...and places "In God We Trust" on edge of the coin. Same for "e. pluribus unum".

WTF?

Story here.

The coins are already causing controversy.

Well, of course! How dare they? Taking away America's liberty!!

Sidelining God!

Why do the atheists and the liberty-hating moonbats get to say how America will be changed? Of course those folks had to have been consulted... or perhaps were in charge of the new coins' design.

Well, this is the first I've heard of this, being a Canadian... perhaps the coins have already been seen... they were first released last month.

A sign of the times...

At least they didn't put a picture of Mohammed and a rainbow flag criscrossed with a hammer-and-sickle flag on the coins... although it'd be priceless to find a US coin with Momo on it, y'know, the one of the thieving, murdering pedophile with the bomb on his head... such a coin would indeed be priceless...

In Canada, we already have the "Loonie" and the "Toonie".

What do they call the US buck coin? the "Moonie", short for "moonbat"? The tails side might as well have a picture of a bat and a moon on it...
