Could be something to do with North Korea's ICMBs. Does the administration see something coming?
Could it be Iran-related? Or related to some nation from which we don't expect an attack, at least not for a longer time?
Could also have to do with an asteroid, which is expected to come very close to Earth, about as close as the moon is. A collision with Earth isn't expected, but that's only the scientific prediction for now.
