This guy claims he has information for the President, something to do with terrorism.
And that's the second time he's scaled the W.H. fence.
I'd say: "Sir, what about mail? What about email? Did you talk to the press?"
If he tried all that already and got nowhere, well, making a complete assfool of himself in front of the world won't help him one bit.
I would suggest:
Sir get a blog, for Heaven's sake! If you have evidence, then scan it and post it for all to see. Then someone higher up will see it and if it's on the up-and-up, maybe Dubya'll get wind of it.
