Three More American Carriers To Gulf

Debka File report...

DEBKAfile’s military sources note that the arrival of the three new American flotillas will raise to five the number of US strike forces in Middle East waters – an unprecedented build-up since the crisis erupted over Iran’s nuclear program.

This vast naval and air strength consists of more than 40 carriers, warships and submarines, some of the last nuclear-armed, opposite the Islamic Republic, a concentration last seen just before the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.

In addition to the US, other nations involved in this powerful crusade are Canada, Britain and France, carrying the Cross for the Free World. It's being analyzed as a buildup to impose sanctions on Iran in light of the unsurprising failure of the useless "United Nations" to do a bloody thing, just as they failed to do anything about Saddam's Iraq. Who needs the United Nations anymore? Might as well call it the "United Axis of Evil"! It's also considered that the buildup is in preparation for likely strikes on Iran's nuclear and military infrastructure by Israel (America has indicated, through Sec. of State Rice, that Israel can "decide for itself" what to do with Iran, which has literally promised to destroy the small, surrounded-by-hostile-Judeophobic-Islamic-theocracies nation). It's also being looked at through the optics of Russia's clearly-imperialist-in-nature, continuing, aggressive attacks on Georgia and occupation of South Ossetia. Looks like some serious shee-it may be about to hit the fan, involving, on the one hand, the Free World, and on the other, at least a couple of Axis of Evil nations, Iran and Russia. China? Well, they're a bit busy trying to look like nice guys to the world, so I think that right now the SinoCommies would rather keep their bloody, boogerly noses out of this matter.

I'd also warn Russia that it's pushing its luck big-time, taking its gravest gamble since the Cuban Missile Crisis, in invading a Free World nation, one that is in Iraq in support of the US-led action there. Already US President Bush is royally pissed at Russkie dictator Vlad Putin.

Georgia is begging the Free World, specifically NATO, for help now.
