Obama's Candidacy Illegal, Not American-Born: CFP

A writer at the Canada Free Press is declaring that Barack Obama's candidacy for President of the United States is illegal, that it doesn't conform with the law in place at the time of his birth. This means that Mr. Obama isn't technically American-born.

Presidential office requires the person elected to be a natural-born United States citizen if the child was not born to two US citizen parents.

US Law very clearly stipulates: “If only one parent was a US citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.”

Barack Obama’s father was not a US citizen, and Obama’s mother was only 18 when he was born, which means although she had been a US citizen for 10 years, his mother fails the test for being so for at least 5 years prior to Barack Obama’s birth.

In order for her child to have been a natural-born US citizen, his mother would have had to be 21 at the time of his birth.

Unfortunately, Mr. Obama's documentary attempt to prove his eligibility to run has been found to be fraudulent. See
here for that.

You know, it's suggested at the end of the CFP article that Hillary Clinton's campaign could very well raise the issue at the upcoming Democratic Convention. Presumably Obama could be removed from the Nomination and replaced with the runner-up, the American-born Hillary.

If this isn't going to be raised by the McCain campaign and if the mainstream media will choose to ignore the law, say nothing at all and hope for an illegitimately-elected President, then it's up to Hillary Clinton. If she doesn't care, either, then America has a serious problem, and that's an understatement, particularly since some Democrats inexplicably claim that George Bush's election in 2000 was somehow illegitimate, even though it's clearly no less legitimate than Al Gore's would've been, and is far more legitimate than Obama's would be!
