Most significantly, the families of fallen soldiers were in Iraq when justice finally caught up to dictator Saddam Hussein sentenced to death for crimes against humanity.
Iraqis in some cities spilled out onto the street to dance and fire gun shots into the Sunday air.

The mainstream media has been strangely silent about the Gold Star Families to Iraq trip. The Drudge Report posted Canada Free Press and America’s News Source for a few hours yesterday, for which we are so grateful on behalf of the parents. As far as we know, we were one of only four media outlets that ran the story. A mainstream media that fails its people must still face up to the fact that the Internet is here.
