Mary Stachowicz, brutally raped and murdered by the man pictured below
Nicholas Gutierrez, the cruel, hateful killer
Story here. Do read it all.
Again with the leftist state apparatus elevating homosexuals to some exalted, special status, protected from consequences of lawbreaking, of evildoing.
Does fornicating with people of one's own sex grant one immunity from prosecution for brutal rape and murder (Nicholas Gutierrez)?
I say give the guy the death penalty. Being insulted is no mitigating factor. No one is permitted to murder those who question their choices. The murder was clearly motivated by the man's hatred of Christians, of women, of anyone who doesn't endorse his private choices. The gay man is guilty of a hate crime. Brutal rape. Murder. Hatred of Christians, hatred of women. What a monster.
Strange thing... the gay guy actually raped the woman, too. What does that mean? Isn't that about hate, not about sex? He, being gay, couldn't have enjoyed it, therefore it was to hurt the woman out of hatred for her.
Or did he enjoy it? Is homosexuality just an attitude, a choice? You decide for yourself. Why would he have raped her? Hate... or pleasure? Pick one.
I also wonder what would have happened if he raped and murdered a Muslim woman for asking the same questions.

Note to liberal-leftists: if you claim that the victim "brought it on herself" by simply questioning the murderer's choices, then you'll have to accept the same defence argument if a Christian ever murders a homosexual who questions the Christian's beliefs and values. So keep that in mind.
