Leftist Media Caught Distorting To Bash Palin (Again!)

This time it was the CNN.

Griffin said to Gov. Palin: "Governor, you've been mocked in the press, the press has been pretty hard on you, the Democrats have been pretty hard on you, but also some conservatives have been pretty hard on you as well. The National Review had a story saying that, you know, ‘I can't tell if Sarah Palin is incompetent, stupid, unqualified, corrupt or all of the above.'"

This is a complete distortion, a falsehood. The full quote from the National Review's Byron York shows he was in fact dressing down the media, NOT Gov. Palin. "Watching press coverage of the Republican candidate for vice president, it's sometimes hard to decide whether Sarah Palin is incompetent, stupid, unqualified, corrupt, backward, or - or, well, all of the above."

MRC President and Newsbusters.org Publisher L. Brent Bozell, III issued the following statement in response:

"CNN ripped the National Review's Byron York's quote completely out of context and stood its meaning on its head, all so they could dishonestly bash Gov. Palin with it. This is the lowest form of sub-tabloid journalism. CNN's distortion simply proves York to be correct: the media are out to destroy Sarah Palin.

So, "Balbulican", go on. Go after the CNN. They have far more power, influence and relevance than I. But I don't expect you to change your target; you just love bullying a little guy, don't you? Credibility, dude, credibility. Don't be a hypocrite. Go forth and hold the Leftist MSM to account for its deliberate dishonesty. Spend all damn day, every damn day, pestering the Leftist MSM, not some irrelevant little blogger. Me, I'm just mirroring them; if they didn't do it, I wouldn't have to try to level the playing field in this war we call an election. Oh, of course... you'll say, "Nah... I like it here." What a pathetic, annoying dipshit. Get a life, man.

I'm afraid I'm this close to turning on comment moderation again so as to get rid of that nasty Leftist troll.

Why should I give the "enemy" a voice? The "enemy" already has a voice, obviously, and it's called the "mainstream media", which is effectively a euphemism for "propaganda vehicle".

Besides, the MSM websites have comment moderation turned on and reject whatever comments they consider inconvenient to their agenda, so why shouldn't I help level the playing field for non-Leftist political-office hopefuls?

In other news...
Prominent Far-Leftist on Obama's side repeats "Vast, Right-Wing Conspiracy" nonsense in transparent act of projection.

You know, when Leftists accuse Rightists of something bizarre, it's done for the purpose of redirecting attention away from those who actually are as claimed in the accusation (ie. the Left, including the one making the accusation, and her Messiah, Obama) to someone who isn't. It's a classic Nazi/Communist/KKK/Islamosupremacist/Democratic/Leftist/Progressive Big-Lie-type tactic.
