"I believe in this mission very intensely," he says, leaning forward in his chair.
He points out that before the Taliban regime was ousted in 2001, only 700,000 children were in school -- all of them boys.
"Today, more than 7 million children are in school and one-third of them are girls," he says proudly.
Hear that, leftists? Doesn't that mean anything to you? Bet not! I suppose you want to focus on the fact that 40 honorable, valorous Canadian warriors sacrificed their lives so these millions of Afghan children, including girls(!!), could have hope for the future, as opposed to only looking forward to having to become "suicide" bombers under the Taliban, nothing more... Besides, more people have been killed in the streets... in our cities... by scumbags with handguns and whatnot... in Canada. I did not make this up... Choose your Canada.
Lookit... Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the Conservatives are doing an excellent job, are keeping their promises and much more. So come on, support good government for a change! You don't need to go back to those crooks, the Liberals. Only an insane, stupid fool would vote Liberal or NDP... or Bloc, now that we have seen just how good the Tories are... after just a few months at the helm of Canada.
