In other words, in the opinion of Maz2, who alerted me to this report in the comments, it was a "fix". It means that the questions allowed by the Liberal government of the day were limited to findings that were of no bearing in terms of criminal responsibility. Obviously, someone was trying to fix the whole thing to protect...
But of course! Too bad the MSM didn't understand that. We know there was criminality involved. And there were Liberal fingerprints found all over the crime scene.
And don't forget about the fact that longtime Paul Martin loyalist and financial facilitator Raymond Garneau was in charge of the "recommendations" report of the Inquiry.
I'm still astonished that hardly anyone else seems to have a problem or even is aware of the Raymond Garneau issue! It's a clear conflict of interest!
