Apparently the Liberals never thought of this, were aware of or cared about the risk of, say, the Chinese Communist Party or perhaps the Iranian regime, via a front of some sort, buying up our corporations and somehow using them to undermine the security of our nation.
Make no mistake: The Conservatives continue to work to protect the national security of Canada.
And I might mention again that the Liberals, who don't want to do this, recently voted to kill the very counterterrorism laws they themselves brought in following 9/11. The Conservatives, of course, wanted to keep these laws to protect Canada.
So remember this in the next election.
