Judge Orders Hawaii Show Cause For Disobeying Obama BC Subpoena

Story here.

Let the pro-Obama-no-matter-what propagandists try to claim that it's nothing.  That's fine, but irrelevant, because they have no proof to back up their desperate claims that there's nothing fraudulent about Barack Hussein Obama, the current resident of the White House.

California attorney Orly Taitz today secured an order from United States District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi demanding representatives of the Hawaii Department of Health appear in federal court Sept. 14 to show why Taitz should be prevented from seeing whatever original 1961 documents the agency has on record regarding Barack Obama's birth.

Taitz returned to federal court in Honolulu today after Hawaii DOH officials presented her with a letter refusing to comply with her subpoena on grounds that Hawaii privacy laws prevented officials from releasing Obama birth records to the public.

"It's ridiculous," Taitz told WND.

She had argued previously – without getting a response from the state – that Obama had waived all privacy rights by releasing his long-form birth certificate to the American public at a White House press conference April 27.

His ALLEGED COPY OF his supposed long-form birth certificate, that is.  Not the original.  Only after we all see the original can the matter finally be put to rest.

Funny how we're forbidden to see a simple piece of paper.  Something is obviously being hidden.

We alredy know from expert testimony that the documents uttered by Obama purporting to be his "birth certificate" are forgeries, plus the State of Hawaii has steadfastly refused to authenticate them.

And then there's the matter of why Obama has a suspicious Connecticut SSN when he never lived in Connecticut.  That, too, is a question being stonewalled.

Obama's documented past seems to be a very tightly guarded secret.  All kinds of documentary records are censored, though we're assured such records exist to prove Obama's claims about his background, including his academic records.

There is a massive code of silence going on.  No wonder most folks are curious as to why.

Obama remins an international man of mystery.

And he's screwing up America on purpose.

Something is clearly fishy.

Heh. WND. Cut. Paste. You certainly have come up with a simple way of blogging, I must say.

Anyhow, Sentinel, I'm afraid the only thing that's happened here is that your crazy friend Orly is reporting an ordinary court procedure as yet another triumph - just as she reported the issuance of the hand-scrawled subpoena as a historic landmark. The state official refused to honour the subpoena, and will simply file a written statement to the court, explaining that this is part of Ms. Tait's pattern of behaviour (I expect the words "frivolous and vexatious" will be used. And that will be that, until she starts to obsess about something else.

Did you ever get in touch with that guy who wanted to talk share Obama theories with you, by the way? The "Manchurian Candidate/Celiac disease/secret twin" guy? You had a lot in common - I think you should pool your ideas. :)

Dismissed.

You are not serious, so why should I bother?

Again attacking the messenger.

Bet you'd attack S&P too for pointing out the inconvenient truth and angering Obama et al...

Heh. Sentinel, you're entirely at liberty to take Orly seriously. However, you seem to take her grandiose assertions about the meaning of these procedures at face value. I'm just explaining them for you. Don't thank me, it's all part of the service.

By the way, you never responded to my question, and I was genuinely curious. Do you agree with WND that Donald Trump and Obama were secretly conspiring to make Corsi look bad? I only asked because you were quoting Trump as an important and credible source, but you sorta stopped once he jumped off the dwindling Birther bandwagon.

Hello? Anybody home? Was the question a little too embarrassing?

Wow. Am I in here all alone? Sentinel, you continually DEMAND that I answer your questions on pain of being dismissed as a hypocrite. Will you not afford me the same courtesy??
