MLK's Niece Battles the Abortion Movement

Dr. Alveda King, niece of civil rights hero Martin Luther King, Jr.

Story here.
ATLANTA - The niece of slain civil rights leader Martin Luther King Junior was among participants at a rally at Georgia's capitol Monday in favor of legislation called the Human Life Amendment.
Alveda King is a pastoral associate with Priests for Life. It's a Catholic pro-life organization dedicated to ending abortion and euthanasia.
King says protecting the unborn is a civil rights issue. She says the proposed amendment, which would establish that human life begins at conception, has non-partisan and multi-ethic support. King says human rights "transcend politics."
Life is a human right. Unfortunately, Leftists tend to closed-mindedly reject this inconvenient truth.
And, it's also an inconvenient truth for the Left that the unborn are human, too. And that the unborn, being human, have the exact same right to life as those who have been born, meaning you and me.
