Suspicious Activity by Two Men of Middle Eastern Origin Near Water Treatment Plant

On a beautiful late summer day about two weeks ago, a waterfront resident looked outside of the rear window facing the river (and Canada) and observed two men of obvious Middle Eastern origin carefully studying the Niagara River from a privately-owned dock. The witness, reportedly a long-time resident of the island and one who knows area residents, knew the two men did not belong there. Their suspicious and inexplicable behavior also added to the concern of the witness, who called the U.S. Border Patrol to report the incident as it was taking place. The Border Patrol, a constant presence on Grand Island, advised the caller that they would send someone to investigate.
Meanwhile, the unexpected presence of another neighbor apparently surprised and “scared-off” the two Middle Eastern men, who upon being surprised by the neighbor’s presence, fled from the dock to a large sedan bearing Ontario, Canada license plates that was waiting for the men at a nearby water treatment facility. The men apparently managed to elude the Border Patrol who arrived a short time later.

Water treatment plants across Canada should now all be made aware of this posible * casing of the joint* action.
Water distribution is one way to cheaply and easily smackdown a wide number of people.
No doubt the media would make public announcements advising of a poisoned water supply.
Yet, many would miss the announcements and become victims, I would think.
There are many large resevoirs. aquaducts and lakes that cannot be secured. One would think that to be truly effective, they, the *Jihadists*, would have to concentrate poisoning at the pumping plant, otherwise poisoning a whole lake would turn up dead fish and provide a pretty peompt warning.
Seems waterplant security should be very hard and carefully followed, routine wise.
Towns and cities, say, from the size of Moncton upwards should have a professional level of security.
This almost seems like two OBL simpathizers got together to plan some action to gain status in their group, and no one has been
made any the wiser. Difficult to detect.
We may have an horseshoe up somewhere to have spotted this.

Puh-lease. No specific date, "about two weeks ago", no proper names of, well, anybody, and an oblique reference to two "middle-eastern men." This is a HUGE story the MSM missed?

Second: Stevie, you have NO facts. You said,"withholding of some details." Christ on a crutch, there were no verifyable details whatsoever. None. Zero. That makes the story spurious. Worthless. Anonymous doesn't understand that sometimes specific details are withheld so as not to give the terrorists any advantage, or to know who the witnesses are (that'd be dangerous for the witnesses). So I would suggest Anonymous get serious and learn about Sept. 11, 2001.

And, Warren, the facts came out AFTER 9/11 had actually happened. Before it, if anyone had warned of an impending act of war on inland American soil, he'd be dismissed as a nut.
I would rather risk humiliation and vulgar riducule from Warren Kinsella than be too scared to do the right thing regardless of the consequences to myself personally should I make a mea culpa.

The Saint John water reservoir is not only not protected at all, but is, in fact, freely open to the public for swimming, boating, etc. No wonder it tastes funny.
See how easily a terrorist could simply walk up to the lake and dump in some terribly toxic stuff?
