Obama Unconstitutionally Occupying Presidency: Expert

He is a criminal usurper, an impostor, a treasonous occupier.

He is NOT the President.  And everything he signed is invalid as a result.

Want to go around saying so?  Go ahead.  By the millions.  Because it's true.

Oh, and Obama ought to sweat, for the penalty for high treason... look it up!

He is guilty of the worst crime ever committed in and against America!

Story here.

"'Natural born citizen' in relation to the office of president, and whether someone is eligible, was in the Constitution from the very beginning," he said. "Another way of putting it: There is a law of the nature of citizenship. If you are a natural born citizen, you are a citizen according to the law of nature, not according to any positive statement in a Constitution or in a statute, but because of the very nature of your birth and the very nature of nations."

If you "go back and look at what the law of nature would be or would require … that's precisely what a natural born citizen is …. is one who is born to a father and mother each of whom is a citizen of the U.S. or whatever other country..."

"Now what we've learned from the Hawaii birth certificate is that Mr. Obama's father was not a citizen of the United States. His mother was, but he doesn't qualify as a natural born citizen for the office of president."

SPREAD THE WORD!  HELP REMOVE HIM FROM THE WHITE HOUSE ASAP!  DON'T WAIT FOR AN ELECTION, BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE TO!

If you're born in the United States, you're a United States citizen. It doesn't matter whether only one of your parents is an American citizen, or whether both of them are.

It's only if you're born outside of America that the parental citizenship qualifications start complicating matters. But Obama wasn't born abroad.

It must also be noted that under law, the final adjudicator and interpreter of the Constitution is the judiciary, not the publishers of online tabloids or individual lawyers. And so far the attempts of the risible Ms. Taitz and her tinfoil brigade have been thrown out of court.

"For the Constitution says what it says, period."

It's an entertaining argument though. I especially appreciate the irony of the birthers' reliance on the writings of a Swiss theorist for their understanding of "natural born citizen." Talk about international law polluting American jurisprudence!
