'Perceived As Threatening'

...for threatening the Left's agenda.

The Leftists are obviously quickly milking the recent shooting tragedy in Arizona for everything they can get out of it.

They never pass up an opportunity to exploit a crisis... or a tragedy, as we now see.

That's the kind of people they are, after all.

Rep. Robert Brady (D-Pa.) reportedly plans to introduce legislation that would make it a federal crime to use language or symbols that could be perceived as threatening or inciting violence against a federal official or member of Congress.

The problem with having such a law is that it's open to abuse.

It could be used to silence legitimate dissent by deeming criticism to be "threatening" or "inciteful" even though the sane, intelligent person can tell that it isn't.

The way the Left operates, they expand the definition of whatever they want, whenever it suits their agenda.

And they have their people everywhere in the state apparatus.  Ready to do their "duty" for the "party".

And they've already shown absolute contempt for the civil rights of dissidents who oppose their agenda and policies.  The Constitution and Bill of Rights matter to the Left only when they serve their agenda, after all.  So they'll lie and cheat and use the anti-"threat" law to silence whatever dissent from whatever dissident they want.  Much like the "Human Rights" Commissions in Canada, who we now know don't give a flying feck about the human rights of the politically-incorrect.

No doubt they'd deem this graphic to be "threatening", because they just don't like it.

They'd censor it because it's a very potent message, not because it implies any threat whatsoever.

In fact, it accuses the state of threatening the People, not the other way around.

And such a message... they will not tolerate.  Because it's true, as we can see from the behavior of the Obamacracy.
